This study provides recommendations for reform of public support to the affordable housing sector in Morocco, focused on the ways in which public support can be made more efficient and effective in delivering benefits to the intended beneficiaries. Recommendations are based on a comprehensive evaluation of the efficiency and impact of the affordable housing sector subsidies in Morocco from 2004 to 2014 on the housing sector, and on the economy and on government finances.
