Advisory Services on Strengthening Housing Sector

Project Details

AHI worked with the World Bank on an advisory services assignment related to strengthening housing sector governance. As part of this assignment AHI conducted an overarching institutional and governance review of the current public sector role in the housing ecosystem, conducted a focused assessment of the state-owned housing developer Perumnas to identify how it can best be used to support government housing policy, and outlined a roadmap for effective public sector governance within the housing sector. This work was developed in dialogue with five other consultant teams who are focused on various specific elements of the housing ecosystem.
