Working in several cities across Nepal, a market diagnostic was developed to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the country’s housing and housing finance market. The diagnostic provided a better understanding of the market’s challenges and opportunities, while also offering critical insight to policymakers, financial stakeholders and private sector businesses (housing developers, construction technology providers etc.) working towards improving and enabling these markets.
