AHI supported international housing developer Compass Housing in scouting potential development sites in US Pacific territories and states with a focus on Compass’s value proposition in the areas of affordable housing development, property management, and resident services. After an initial research phase, AHI staff provided on-the-ground support in scoping missions in the US, providing data collection and analysis through market evaluations and ecosystem analysis, proving a roadmap of short, medium, and long-term objectives and recommendations that allowed Compass to capitalize on their value proposition, giving them a path toward growing the reach of their international affordable housing activities.
